Addictive and induces sleep
It happened with me. I have taken sarpagandha for 6 months as per ayurvedic dr advice. During this 6 months my sleep increased. I used to feel sleepy at morning also. After 6 months dr has asked me to stop taking it. Once stopped, I was not able to get proper sleep.

Got damaged pack with some strip's missing
I got the teared pack and only 6 instead of 8....disappointed and returned. It happened got the first time but....hope it will not repeat....is the packing degrading or anything else...hope to get it proper next time.
