Bought for a birthday party, slow start but an immediate hit! Who needs entertainment when you have colorful threaded sugar on a stick? The kids and adults alike were enthralled, new and old memories. I followed the recommendations from other reviews to make the maxhine warm up for a few minutes and after that all is great. I don’t have much to compare it to but the speed worked fine I think especially not being pros ourselves I think it would work for you (the reader). The taste was great and the slight warmth of the candy was great.

Best machine I’ve used so far for cotton candy and my girls and I loved it! It’s so easy to use and clean up is very easy! Taste of the cotton candy came out perfect and hands down Nostalgia made an awesome product with awesome color and details! FYI: THE WHEELS DO NOT MOVE

Fairly easy to operate. One scoop makes one cone. Purchased "frequently bought together" sugar (all three were flavorful!) and paper cones(nice! held up well!). Easy clean up. Wouldn't suggest for high volume, but great family fun!!

This Nostalgia cotton candy maker is a fun addition to any party or family gathering. It's easy to use and works with both flossing sugar and hard candy. The cotton candy comes out light and fluffy in just minutes. I love the vintage, circus-inspired design — it looks adorable on the countertop! Cleanup is fairly simple thanks to the removable parts.

We purchased this for my son’s 5 year old carnival theme birthday party. Was definitely a hit and once we read the instructions we were able to use it without issues! Great buy!

I gave this product one fair chance, and it literally blew up on me. Not impressed, not amused — done. The build quality is poor at best, and whatever materials they used clearly weren't designed to hold up under normal use. For the price, you'd expect something that survives more than a single session. Save your money — or at least your sanity. If this were marketed strictly as a budget toy for very young kids with low-stakes expectations, maybe. But as an adult product? Absolutely not. Quality control needs serious work before this should be on any shelf. I would not recommend. Would not repurchase. Hoping the manufacturer takes these reviews seriously. (no picture as I tossed it in the trash)

It is perfect for my needs. I bought it for my mother who loves cotton candy. I like the fact that it can use hard candy or sugar. The plastic top can be cleaned in the top rack of the dishwasher.

The cotton candy machine works well it’s very good for kids but it’s takes a while to get a lot wrapped wrong a stick. We still love our machine. The colors are amazing and we bought a lot of flavors with ours and the taste are amazing.

The quality is far less than expected as shown in product description!

Easy to use, my 13 y/o granddaughter uses it. The cotton candy is nice and fluffy and melts in your mouth. I have never made Cotton candy before, and from the first time I used this machine they turned out nice. I would recommend.

Works really well, and makes a decent amount of cotton candy! Perfecting the making takes some trial and error, but it's really neat, makes good cotton candy, and is a big hit at parties/bbq's. Great for indoor use too for winter get togethers, hockey team parties, etc.

It's a good and fun machine for kids to make cotton candies but it's a bit of work to clean it.
