    Great daily prayer

I use the Sacred Space prayers for Lent annually.  It is a great way to spend some daily prayer time.  Its organized, easy to use and has some good reflections.  I think some people may be frustrated that it is NOT overly directive in its approach.  It allows you to take your reflection in a way that works for you.  I like that but others may want more structure.

I've used this book for my Lenten spiritual reading. While it has in the main been helpful, I think the authors need to revisit the book's format. The concept is good, but the format in my view is confusing. There's a reflection that begins each week and then a brief commentary on each day's gospel reading. Little direction is provided. Am I supposed to read over the material that begins each week at the start of each day, or do I just jump to the daily commentary? As I said, some additional directions would have proven helpful. That said, the daily commentary on the gospel readings is excellent.

What an excellent book to follow during the Lenten season.  Easy to follow and easy to read.  I loved the booklet and look forward to the 2017 edition.
