A VM gold mine, this book explains VM and discusses all the possible treatment options.
If you suspect you (might) have Vestibular Migraine, this book is fantastic. Whilst every single sufferer's migraine is different, the author (a VM sufferer himself) clearly spells out a path to investigating and dealing with your specific issues. He goes, in great detail, over all the possible treatments from solid scientific right to snake-oil. This book was the start of getting a handle on the recipients VM. Worth every penny!

Proving to be an excellent resource despite initial misgivings
Having bought it without seeing a copy, my initial worry was that it was a vanity publication, as the author had designed his own cover, and there appears to be no recognised publisher, as Amazon is listed as the printer. The author has impressive medical credentials however, and if you ignore rhetorical self-help style flourishes like "prepare you for the journey to conquering it" etc, then it is an extremely helpful resource for understanding the condition and taking steps to ameliorate or even eradicate it. The author sees his book as being something that people can dip into, but whilst the chapters have logical headings so you can find your way around, an index would have been a great help to zero in quickly on particular points of interest .

Contains valuable information!
Really important book for anyone suffering from vestibular disorders, especially migraine. There is so little information about this condition out there, which is why this book was so needed. Written in a down to earth and understanding way, and leaves you feeling hopeful for the future. I wish Dr Beh was MY doctor :)

vestibular migraine sufferer
Brilliant and spot on, up to date knowledge. Coming up to seven years suffering from this condition and currently having my annual relapse. This book has reminded me I’m on the right path with a thoughtful writer making it not just about what pills we take but what other personal things we can do.

Great, useful book
Brilliant and helpful book. Very thorough and detailed. Most useful bits are about diet, medication and exercises. Took it to my GP appointment with me to ask about some of the meds and he gave me some to try

An absolute game changer when it comes to treating vestibular migraines!
I have been suffering from VM for nearly 6 years now and how I wish this book existed earlier! It literally covers EVERYTHING you need to know! Why are you dizzy 24/7, can you exercise, why positive thinking is so important, the med route AND the natural route and it goes on!What I love the most is how positive the whole thing is with quotes and also a great action plan to get back on track.Simple a must read!

Best Book on this subject!
Excellent, comprehensive description of everything to know about VM. It is a virtual encyclopedia. The only thing it lacks is an index.

Informative and Practical
I saw a post about this book on a Vestibular Migraine Support group on Facebook and I immediately went and bought it on my kindle app. I can't believe how much detail it goes into and how practical it is, making suggestions about how to improve quality of life rather than just pointing out the problem. It is very easy to read too, unlike some nonfiction medical books. Well worth the read for anyone considering xx
