This is a good roller for muscle pain and stiffness- the middle rollers each roll independently of each other and they spin smoothly and quietly However, take note that the center parts that spin are made of hard plastic - so if you’re looking for a foam roller, this isn’t the best one to get

This item itself worked well, however 2 months after using it the handle fell off. Every time I use it, the handle falls off along with all the rollers. I wouldn't buy this brand again, but I would try another for the same function.
