This muscle roller is fantastic. It features a durable design that is comfortable to use perfect for massaging tired muscles after a workout or a long day. This is a sturdy deep tissue roller stick for those stubborn knots. I use it mostly on my calves, as I work on concrete all day for work. It does feel fantastic when done using. Great value for money. Haven't had issues with the rollers getting stuck. It is effective. My ONLY problem to keep in mind is...if you bruise easily, its probably going to bruise you depending how hard you are rolling. I've got bruises up/down my calves right now, but you could flick me and i'd bruise. Just a little tidbit. It's worth the money though imo.

No results for reducing cellulite (didn't expect any), but this roller is sturdy, easy to use, and reduces muscle soreness. I love that it's curved, and made of wood. There's an organic feel to it. Fair price!

I purchased this after a knee replacement. My quads keep having issues with not working properly and some areas are constantly tight. This tool helps me massage more of my quad at once and loosens up the muscle when it wants to stay tight. It’s easy to use and you can adjust the pressure of it by how much force you put into it. It is sturdy and made well.
