Is the headphone jack on the front used to hear your own voice?

Yes. The headphone jack on the front gives you instant monitoring of what the microphone is picking up before it goes to the computer. You can move closer or farther away, or turn your head slightly, and hear the difference it makes in the recorded sound.

I can use it with windows 10??

I use have Windows 10 and it works, so yeah.

Does it compatiple a Windows system

Yes, it is compatible with a Windows system.

Is it compatible with windows 8?

I would imagine so... Samson site says it self-installs on Windows Vista, Windows 7 and all Mac OS X. I cannot find any reference to Windows 8. It also works with all iPads.
