It contains so much helpful information on this difficult diagnosis. It's an easy-to-read book, and the author (Dr. Beh) gives many different suggestions on dealing with this chronic issue. As an RN who suffers from this conditon, this is the first book I've found that was very helpful.
Review: Great migraine resource - This book is a great resource on migraine even if you don’t have vestibular symptoms. Dr Beh covers all the bases including history of migraine, typical and unusual symptoms, supplements and diet, exercise, psychology, medications, diagnostic tests, neuro modulation devices, etc and everything is linked to studies. The only thing I found lacking was a table of contents with chapter titles included.

For anyone suffering from vestibular migraines or other similar issues, this book is a must read. It contains so much helpful information on this difficult diagnosis.
