After buying the relaxed fit and only being wishing they weren't so baggy in the legs, I bought these "standard Fit" of the same thing and think they fit just right for me. As with the "relaxed fit", the fabric reminds me of my 20+ year old Levi jeans in durability, thickness and weight. The waist fit is 'right on' spec with my 35" waist. The inseam is only slightly snug for the man-parts with a little extra room. Cost is on par with my senior budget! I needed some new jeans quickly and ordering from Wrangler they take a week to arrive. I searched here using the name of the Wranglers I've worn since, literally, 1998 - Wrangler Five Star Premium Denim Regular Fit Jean, and these came up. I was surprised to see dark rinse in 28" waist. "Regular" Wrangler stopped offering dark rinse in 28" waist several years ago. I figured these are Wrangler's second line, of somewhat lesser quality but good enough for my needs. These were actually a few dollars more. Still, I ordered 2 pair. I'm wearing one now. I'm trying not to allow the impression that this is a second line color my thoughts. They fit ok, seem to be well made, the color is good, the denim seems to be rougher but that's not a deal breaker. The rise seems to be a bit higher which I appreciate. They don't sit below my hip bone like the "real" Wranglers do. For many years the Wranglers sat between my navel and hip bone. That's my preferred fit. Now they sit below the hip bone and I've actually worn out belt loops from constantly using them to pull the pants back up. These sit right on my hip bone so maybe I won't have to fight them so much. I'd buy a couple of more pair of these but in the six days since I ordered the price has gone up $5.

Went shopping for jeans the other day and couldn't find my size anywhere. That's where Amazon shines! Search for what you know and like, order your size, get it delivered the next day and enjoy! If they don't fit, send them back and get a better size. I didn't have to do that because the fit was exactly what I asked for.

These are my go to pants. They are durable and affordable. And personally, I think the style looks good. I usually cuff them for improved comfort and looks. I also really like these pants because they don't use any of that low quality stretchy material like American Eagle pants. Its just straight up denim which is exactly what I want. The pockets are durable and spacious. Plenty of room for small items. And I tend to use the small change pocket all the time. I've pretty much been exclusively wearing these pants for several years now. They last quite a long time, especially the darker colored ones. The khaki ones aren't as durable but last time I ordered, the khaki ones weren't available anyways. Usually when these pants rip, they tear on the knees from a fall. Or sometimes they just wear through on the leg part after a few years. Overall, I'm super happy with these pants. Be aware, sometimes the color is different between batches. For example, the dark blue ones are a lot lighter color than they look in the product images. These are some of the best pants for the money. They have gotten a lot more expensive in the past few years but still cheaper than most big brand names.

I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased size 34×29. Perfect fit waist and length. Decent price point. THE GOOD: Perfect fit through the waist and butt area. Straight leg true to size. The denim feels of good quality denim heavy and comfortable unlike current Levi,s 501. If you liked Levi,s 501, these Lee jeans now feel far superior to the Levi,s and a much better price point. If you love the way 501,s fit, these fit exactly the same except for no Button Fly. Levi's have apparently cheaped out their product 501,s and their price point at well over $60.00 is crazy. Plus, it was very difficult to find my size in Levi's. Lee had my size and was a perfect fit. THE BAD: Nothing bad to report. Just a note, there is minor shrinkage in waist and length. The waist shrunk less than 1/2 inch and stretched back to normal after 10 minutes of wear. The length only shrank about 1/4 inch. This is to be expected with cotton denim jeans. I washed in cold water. THE UGLY: Nothing ugly to report. Very nice jeans

Not quiet the same as the 5 star ones I used to get at Target. Fit tighter (who am I kidding, I'm getting wider), the pockets seem prone to sticking out. Just something vaguely off in their fit. Still a good price. They might break in eventually, like most jeans do.

Wrangler has never tried to be a fashion brand but has remained true to their roots as a working man's jeans. They were originally made for cowboys spending all day on the saddle and are still made the same way. The back pockets are higher on the jeans than other brands (cough cough Levi's cough cough) so you won't be sitting on your wallet. There are also two more belt loops so that your belt does a better job of holding your jeans where they are ment to be. There are zero concessions to fashion with these jeans, they're just durable, tough, comfortable jeans for people that need to work in them all day but can also be worn at night after a decent wash. They fit true to size and don't shrink as long as you don't put them in a dryer the first few wash cycles. Highly recommended.
