I've been buying these headphones since they came out. I've tried others but haven't found anything that comfortably fits my ear better, plus the battery life is amazing for how small they are! The sound quality is better than the price suggests. I've never had a pair fail on me, ive always broke them in a very stupid way

Don't buy Amazon refurbished products! I've had these for a year and the left earbud has stopped holding a charge entirely. My previous pair lasted over 6 years without a single issue, but I bought those brand new. I only reordered because I accidentally left one of the buds in a hotel on a trip. The other bud (the one I still have from the original set) still works and holds its charge. But the refurbished pair doesn't, after only a year. Contacted Amazon and was told that the 90-day warranty has expired. They do not stand behind their refurbished products AT ALL.

Recently had to retire my old samsung buds+ and wanted the same ones because they lasted me 5+ years. Sound quality is just like my old ones, connectivity works seamlessly. Case came in pretty good condition with only a couple scratches. When opening the case there was dirt on the inside. When I took the earbuds out I noticed slight earwax on them as well. Not sure if when they test the product they don't clean it afterwards but I cleaned it and they work perfectly. Fit great in my ears and if the durability is anything like my old ones they will last a long time.

I'm so glad to have found these headphones again. I bought it last year new, but unfortunately a dog got to them and chewed them up! I tried to find these headphones again but only found them in white and refurbished. I had bought a different pair from a different vendor and they didn't work. But then these popped up after I returned them. I was skeptical but they worked like a dream and worked like new! and in this nice baby blue color <3
