This is top quality stuff. Sweet, tangy, rich, and full bodied without the added sugar, corn syrup, and flavorings of the imitators. I've tasted balsamic vinegars at the Modena estates that made them. This vinegar is truly excellent. I drizzle it over roasted vegetables and it's divine.

Extremely high-quality and threads the needle between the authentic 12 and 24 balsamic and something that's a little bit more affordable. When I was leaving mode of this past year, I had my vinegar thrown away at the airport and was pleased to be able to find it online. This is a fantastic brand and the seller was extremely quick and distributing it. Highly recommended and I recommend trying some of the other items as well.

I usually don't like vinegar but this stuff is good. I tasted some on a spoon straight and it is very good. You can't get this quality at the grocery store. I did see a much older balsamic on a Italian chef cooking show once and they poured it on ice cream and it was much thicker and do darker like molasses. This stuff is more fluid and younger and has a bit of a bite but mostly smooth and it coats the mouth so it's on its way but price to quality it seems fair. Even though I don't like vinegar I like this one a lot. My purpose for buying this vinegar is for making a southern style bacon and onion condiment that calls for balsamic vinegar. Arrived with the signature red wax at the top of the bottle destroyed in pieces and dust like particles throughout the box. The clear seal was still in tact but this is now not worthy of gift giving

Absolutely beautiful stuff, use on extra special dishes, like a really good steak or lamb cutlets, especially good paired with strawberries, good bread and olive oil etc, or even just on it's own

Wie immer eine der lekkerste balsamico essig. Diese Variante essen ich am liebsten bei und in Saucen Bolognese oder auch beim Rinder braten sauce oder rouladen sauce usw. Die 3 medaillein ist mega auf Salate und in pizzasauce! Und der dop Variante ist mega auf Käse Salate und Obst usw. Die 5 medaille ist überflüssig und alles unter 3 ist eher supermarkt Qualität. Also klare Kaufempfehlung.
