What is the color temperature in Kelvins are these headlights?

I bought the 4" fog lights no heat problems I use them as headlights I installed yellow window tint on them also no problem But where I live in the northwest it's not hit here

Is this 105 watts or 75 ? Noticed both are mentioned on the description

Mine were 105 and awesome. I went with the higher wattage because I wanted the best lighting possible.

I have 1 anti flicker harness bad ,need replaced,goes off and on if you shake it,how do i get it replaced
