I had an amazing night following the recipes with friends on New Year’s Eve 🎉🥳 it turned into a date night making our own sushi rolls. The recipes were easy to follow the sauces and options that you had were off the chain. This is definitely a do over. And other random date night ideas. I recommend this book 100% especially for beginners.

This is an outstanding book. Very thorough for the beginner to intermediate sushi cook. Very full of information and history and terms. This book inspired me to buy a second copy for another person. Even as a person who enjoys sushi, this book is a great read.

A great book to learn ways to make sushi

Good for absolute beginners, but a bit basic if you already know your way around the kitchen. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, which I appreciated, but I wish there were more unique or advanced recipes. Still helpful if you’re just getting started.

Tells you what ingredients you will need and defines the different terminology related to the names of the tools you need and a great glossary. It tells you what everything is as if you are completely ignorant of it which I am. There are plenty of rolls to make, but they dont show the pictures for them, only the other stuff in the beginning of the book which is ok. its the basics of how to do things with a few pics. I really like this book. I got it because it had 4-5 rolls I like to eat when I order sushi and it also tells you how to make sauces and soups. pretty cool. there is much more in this book, but just peek at the preview of the book. best deal out there with the most reviews and high ratings. My book arrived in 100% brand new condtion and am delighted. its a keeper. I got it because it was a cyber monday deal and was a popular pick among amazonians. Well made, good information for beginners. Not just recipes, but also many tips and tricks for those who are just starting to make their own! This makes me feel much more prepared to make many different types of sushi aside from the standard favorites.

This recipe book was given with gifts for a sushi making kit. I'm told it's easy to follow with great recipes.

The Cookbook includes everything you might want to know or make. Over soups, kinds of rice and fish, slicing the fish and in general everything... it's great and I'm sad, that I bought it for a friend and not for myself, will definitely do that later on ^^
