I am a petite woman with small feet (5). I live in the frigid Midwest so was excited about this because I dress up for my job and worry About walking in the snow ice and slush. I think they would work really well, but after one or two steps they slipped right past the ball of my foot and did nothing. If you have small and/or narrow feet I don't think these would work at all.
