Wind sound reduced
Was small for my shotgun mic, but works great for wind noise

Good value wind muff
Combining the fluff with the foam produces a very good wind muff. I was able to capture footsteps and other quiet noises from a condenser mic in windgusrts up to 45mph. Would buy again. Muff is high quality and protects against light rain.

Perfect replacement or backup!
I received the VideoMic Deadcat Windscreen and Foam Cover (2 Pack), and I couldn’t be happier! I tested it out today in both windy outdoor conditions and quieter indoor settings, and it worked perfectly in both scenarios. It fits a wide range of external microphones. The wind baffling is completely eliminated with the Deadcat, giving me clear audio without any interference.
