Very happy with the purchase. I was a bit worried about the zipper but it is actually very small and unnoticeable in jeans. It is very convienient to be able to use the zipper to put them on and take them off. They are pretty flat shoes but it is a big upgrade from Classic vans.

My feet are a bit on the short/wide side. I'm about an 8.5-9 in length, but 9.5 in width. I thought they looked "wide" online, so I got a 9. I had to return it for a 9.5, which left the shoe a little long on me. For "normal" people, it's probably not an issue.Things I like:The zipper in the back and elastic laces make this an easy shoe to quickly put on and take off.The waxed cotton and 360 degree sole construction make this shoe surprisingly water resistant. Only if you get into a puddle deep enough to go up to the laces will water get in. On the days my wife opts for Hunter rain boots, I wear these with no regrets. Surprisingly good at keeping your feet dry.Things I dislike:Your socks have to be high enough to cover where the zipper hits the back of your ankle/heel as it will dig in against bare skin, even with the little strip of leather they put in as a shield.The treads are sometimes quite slippery on some types of smooth and wet surfaces.Arch support is pretty minimal.Overall:I quite like these shoes and wear them very often, maybe more often than any other shoe I own (especially when rainy). The lack of arch support prevents me from wearing them all the time as my feet do get sore after many hours in them. Fine for 4-6 hours, but not all day (at least for me). Overall, I'm very happy with them and get compliments on them from a wide range of people.

The shoe fits like a glove. This is a well made shoe with design, materials and craftsmanship. As this is my first Camper shoe, I will be trying more of their products in the future.

Great build quality and attention to detail. The canvas upper seems treated with a sort of rubber coating for water resistance. The sole seems as if it may wear quickly, as it is thin. The elastic faux-laces work great, and the heel zip is convenient for travel. I get constant compliments on them. Understated in black, but the purple laces pop enough to be noticeable, and the dark camouflage lining on the inside is a nice touch. They would be right at home with jeans or a casual suit.

It is a very comfortable shoe. I am intact wearing it as I type and I love the cobalt bluish coloring. It is a little large but this is not a problem when I wear thick, winter socks.
