A: It's been quite a while since I bought this item and changed my cabin air filter. I don't recall how many elements there were, but the Amazon ad for the item says it includes two elements.

Good value, quality filter. Works well for my Lexus. For most Lexus/Toyota the installation is pretty easy. Cabin air filter does need to be replaced at recommended intervals.
