works great on slate floors
we have used this product for years on our slate floor. Decided to see if Amazon had it available instead of going to our big box home store. Cheaper on amazon!

High-end wax job; low-end cost.
Shines an already dull floor. This product is extremely easy to use. I chose to pour out a measure into a paint-roller pan, and then I spread it on my floors with a sponge-end mop. All scrapes and scuffs were immediately hidden by the gloss. The floors look as if they've been professionally waxed! My only issues stems from the fact that the product does not handle strong floor traffic very well. My daughter tends to spin on the floor on one knee, and everytime she does so, I find new scuffs in the floor. I'd have given this product five stars if it was more durable. Still, I've only had to treat my floors twice in the last few months (the initial time and a second coat), and the second coat was only required for areas where scuffs showed up. High traffic doesn't immediately require touch-ups (the product is more durable than that). Keep in mind: this product isn't going to stain or wax your floors as a professional job would, but if you want the look without the cost, I've not found a better product!

Floors look great.
Worked exactly as advertised. It did take 4 thin coats to achieve desired results but application was very easy.
