I don't want to be a "night owl" anymore! I ordered these glasses to wear daily from sundown till bedtime, to help me reset my sleep cycles and align with my circadian rhythms. They are beautifully made, and feel comfortable resting on the bridge of my nose. I feel a bit of weight, but it's fine. They're a bit too big for my feminine face. In 3 of the 4 nights I've used these, I've been in bed feeling sleepy by 10:15pm (instead of at midnight or much later). On the night that it "didn't work", I was out for a long sunset walk, and then went to a supermarket, forgetting my BluBlockers. My go to, every day glasses. I love BluBlockers and the classic black framed aviators are great. If you’re not used to blue light glasses, there will be an adjustment, but if you like it, you’ll love it. It will change the way you see colors, basically removing the blue. It’s honestly so much easier on my eyes when in the sun. They’re lightweight but durable and they fit nicely, blocking most other light from entering. I think these are great glasses, and I can’t recommend them enough.

Look good light weight not for inside for me as a bit dark tint but very good sunglases with good quality light material value for money

I know this product is meant to block harmful UV rays but it distorts colour especially the greens ones. For example, if you stare at grass wearing these glasses the colour is very different. Not sure how well it blocks but the retro style is a keeper.
