**Q: Do any of the wheels lock?**
A: No

**Q: Anyone have the exact height measurement? on here saying both 13 and 13.5 and Stanley website says 12.5**
A: David - the height is 12.5 cm

**Q: Does it have swivel castors,how easy is it to steer?**
A: Yes mine has swivel castors and is easy to move. Also it is very robust, I have a planer thicknesser on it so I can move it easily about the workshop. I’d happily buy another one if I ever had the need.
