Rugged construction; Fast and clean
I had one of those 'It just works' moments with this USB driven ILDA DAC. Worked great with my play board interface for my home brew laser projector project. Solid clean construction and works with ModuLaser and LaserShowGen apps on my iMac. Highly recommended. Very well made

Returned but partially my fault.
So unless you are using specific ilda and software that states use with Helios usb to Ilda, you'll be satisfied with the purchase. I looked for a week and couldn't find software versions that support the Helios. The software suggested was way too basic to be practical for dj. I returned it but for the reason of no decent software and the wrong light to use with it. The company really needs to find a creator team and build it's own software and they would make a mint in the mobile dj arena as a less expensive alternative.
