This is a game changer. I hated to change the blades in my other rotary cutters. This helps my fabric cutting become as pleasure. So easy to change the blades. Handle is easy to grip. Because I can change the blades more frequently, my fabric cuts are sharper. Worth every penny!

I had recently purchased this brand and style of rotary cutter when I was away from home visiting at a home where there wasn’t even a needle and thread available much less a decent cutting tool! I am so happy that This is the one that was grabbed in a hurry off the wall where about a dozen different brands, Size and styles were displayed. I hadn’t noticed the one step blade change part of the packaging. I love it! It is easy to handles d fits comfortably in my left hand and vainest the edge of my ruler.I don’t know what I do wrong but when I change out the blade on any of the numerous rotary cutters I have acquired over the years they always end up with a glitch , I will try every order for the blade and the screw thingy and the outside and on both sides of the cutter but it never works with out the glitch. Sounds silly I know but it is really frustrating and time consuming and I dread having to change the blade. I saw the one step on the instruction and thought “ well this is different, just hope it really is that easy AND IT WAS. I was shocked thrilled and delighted when I found that it truly is a one step process and glitch-less! II immediately ordered a second unit sent to my home! I left the original in the sewing kit I assembled while I was staying at the house , since it belongs to a family member I know I will be going back. It at least now I will be able to do whatever sewing and crafting I want! I recommend that you try this brand and model of rotary blade cutter. It weighs less than most others! Is comfortable to use in either the left or right hand and of course is quick and easy to change out the blades

Purchased this for my elderly mother who does ALOT!!! of sewing and quilting. Her old rotary was getting work and loose no matter how much I tightened it down. She loves this one, fits her hand better and is much easier for her to open and close. Super easy blade change to, not nut to loosen, just slide the holder up, and replace the blade, slide the holder back down until it snaps in place, super easy but stoll very secure, and honestly, it's a great improvement in design. Very good quality feel and is secure in your hand. Some other rotaries feel a bit flimsy and cheap, not this one, very nice quality.

I got these to sew face masks for family and friends. It's my first time using a rotatory cutter, and I'm sooo glad that I invested in this. It makes cutting patterns so much easier. I even double up on the layers to get the job done in half the time. I haven't tried 3 layers of fabric, but I'm pretty certain it can cut through 3 depending on how thick the fabric is. Curved cuts are so much easier now. I just wish this cutter had a better grip (perhaps some non-slip rubber material). The plastic just doesn't feel very good on the hands and feels flimsy. The cutter also doesn't have a lot of weight to it, which makes it harder to control, but overall, it does the trick. Oh, and it's SUPER sharp. I accidentally touched the blade and got a paper-cut like cut. Don't do what I did.

The quick change is a great feature. No guessing how to put it back together. Comfortable grip. Nice for lefties. Very precise.

I own 8 rolling blade cutters. Yes, eight. Why do I own eight of them? Because I always end up needing to buy a new cutter when I invariably lose the tiny little plastic or rubber washer that helps hold the thing together when I change the blade. I lose it, and it never cuts straight again once that stupid thing is gone. It will also loosen and fall apart every 5 minutes. This is the first rolling blade cutter that is put together in a non-insane way, so that you can change the blade without completely disassembling it and losing any pieces. It also cuts super straight, is comfortable to hold, and is super durable. I would give it 20 stars if I could, and it is less expensive than any of my other cutters. What a relief!

Before buying this Olfa cutter, I read reviews about it and several other cutters. So happy I chose this one. Firstly, I like the colour. It is light and comfortable to hold. The blade is very sharp, with very little downward pressure, just using the weight of my hand, it cut through a couple layers of thick fabric as if it wasn't there. The safety cover for the blade is easy to slide backwards and forwards, so it's no hassle to keep the blade safe. I used my Olfa on a self-seal mat. I haven't changed the blade yet and I think I'll buy an Olfa blade when the time comes as I'm very impressed with the cutting performance of it.
