Update after six-weeks. Changing between laptop and dock is not as seamless as I would like. After using my laptop by itself, next time I plug into the dock the display size of some app windows e.g. Outlook is just wrong, even if the laptop was shut down before plugging into the dock. Need to re-start again to get windows looking like they should on the big monitor.
