Great HDMI switch, works with my Harmony remote
I looked at a few HDMI switches before settling on this one and was not disappointed. This device (PONYBRO model number HDSW0015M1) is in the Logitech Harmony database so I just had to add the device and instantly was able to use it in activities to change inputs - no IR learning required. The remote that comes with the device is usable enough and it looks like it has separate IR command for on, off, and each input selection so you should be all set if you have any learning universal remote. Since I use a Harmony remote I turned off the auto-input selection. The box is a sturdy metal case and doesn't seem to heat up even when left on for days. The LEDs on the front are visible but not overly bright and all the ports are on one side (the back) to make cable management a breeze. I use it only for 1080p video so can't comment on 4K compatibility but I've had no signal or input switching issues after a few months of use. My only minor nit with the product is that it didn't have rubber feet on the bottom so it could slide around or scratch some surfaces . I had some extras so I just stuck some on. It was a weird omission but for the price and features I am still very satisfied.

Excellent splitter that supports Dolby Atmos
I bought this splitter for a specific purpose. I have a Pioneer Elite SC 85 receiver that supports Dolby Atmos. Because it is an older receiver, it does not support the current 4K video standards and 4K sources cannot be connected to it. I use the receiver in my HT room in a 9 channel Atmos configuration and connected to a 4K projector. My UHD BD player supports Atmos and has a separate HDMI audio output, which enables me to enjoy Atmos from movie disks. I decided recently to add a Fire TV cube to the setup. I decided the optimal setup would be to have an HDMI audio splitter with a separate HDMI audio output that supported audio passthrough. This capability used to be quite expensive, with the premium option costing several hundreds of dollars. In my search, I found this unit and was delighted to find it supported HDR 4K video and passthrough. I connected my Fire Cube to the projector and the receiver with the video and audio HDMI outs. I set the SC-85 for direct signal passthough and started "The Rings of Power" series. I was delighted to see a high quality 4K HDR image, with my Pioneer showing a Dolby Atmos audio stream. For the price, this unit represents excellent value andI recommend it highly. I am delighted with its performance.

Works exactly as advertised at a great price!
I've been through a number of problematic HDMI switches that were supposedly 4K UHD HDR HDMI 2.0a and HDCP 2.2 capable. I can't tell you the issues I've had with them. Everything from losing handshake randomly to wonky auto switching to blank screens to black screens to flaky colors. It's been an adventure. This PONYBRO 5-port switch finally did the trick. I have a Sony Bravia XBR-800E and only the HDMI 2 & 3 ports are fully HDR capable. HDMI 3 is used for the ARC sound bar, so all that leaves is the HDMI 2 port for my Roku Ultra, a Sony 4K Blu-Ray player, and a PS 5. I needed a decent switch for my devices, and with expansion potential. The PONYBRO switch is working flawlessly with all three of my devices. I'm finally able to set the Roku Ultra to 4K UHD @ 60 with 4.2.2 chroma subsampling and have it work smoothly. The switch changes ports seamlessly, and without losing handshake for any of the devices. The PS5 runs at 4K UHD @ 60 4.4.4 perfectly. This PONYBRO switch isn't a fancy splitter, but as a solid, well-constructed basic 5-port HDMI switch it is an excellent value...at least for me. Note to those having trouble with this switch...before you blame the switch, check your cables, and port settings on all your devices. I was using cables that were labeled as being 18GB 4K UHD HDR certified...but they were part of the problem. I swapped out all my cables for new certified cables. That probably also helped the situation for me. I also verified that my device ports were HDMI 2.0a and HDCP 2.2-capable, and set that way. All it takes is for one cable to be flaky in your entire setup, and it will cause all sorts of issues, not just in the device that the cable is connected to but others. And all HDMI ports are not created equal. I have three HDMI ports on my TV...only two of them are fully compliant for HDMI 20.a and HDCP 2.2. One of the is the ARC port, so I had only one port for the rest of my devices. HDMI 1 on my TV is NOT fully capable, but it isn't marked anywhere on the port...only in the documentation.

Solid build quality, auto switching😕
This unit is solid works well manually if you use the switch on the box itself to switch inputs. The remote is functional but is made of plastic and does not feel very durable only time well tell if it can hold up. Auto switching works, I am having a problem with it though when ps5 goes into rest mode and it switches back to my Apple TV, after PlayStation 5 fully enters rest mode it will automatically switch back to ps5 from Apple TV, this very well good just be operator error or just a peripheral issue. Just fyi if your researching this unit as this has been my only negative experience wit it

Just go ahead and add this one to cart.
So many 4K switches out there on Amazon and I researched them all. Boom! This is all you need. Do not buy the Best Buy rocket fish piece of garbage for $100 bucks. It is buggy and does not do what it says it will do. With this new switch, all of my 4K devices work perfectly with HDR as well as CEC enabled with deep color HDMI mode enabled. This switch automatically changes when you turn on another source. I hope it lasts but for the price I can just toss it and buy another if it stops working.

Pas d'extracteur audio digital ou numérique donc l'ajout d'un extracteur audio requise
