Do the polls come apart for storage? Or are they one solid poll?

Yes they do come apart. It’s so easy to assemble and store.

Does the padded floor somehow attach to the TP, or can it move away from the edges?

Moves away from edges plus the tie ripped off when I was trying to attach it and they wouldn't fix the issue

We currently purchased this item and we are missing pieces who can we contact to receive the missing pieces?

They said they don't sell or have individual pieces you have to buy the whole thing again

Did I purchase this item I did not receive an email to confirm
