Great product. Great customer service.
Becky in customer service was fantastic. We haven’t been using the Waterdrop system for years without any problems. However, when the latest replacement filter arrived, installation resulted in the water flow stopping completely. After explaining the problem to Becky at Waterdrop, I was shipped a complete new unit + extra filter. I love the under the sink model. Incredibly easy to install and the water quality is excellent. I never used to drink tap water but now it is delicious.

Worth the money.
It really works well. It filters our water really good. I used to spend a lot of money on water filters. This water filter made it affordable for me. It’s also so easy to install. It can be done in a couple of minutes. The filtration system’s longevity depends on how often you use it. My family use it most of the time from drinking supply to cooking, thus the filter lasts for about 1 yr and 5 months before we changed it. You won’t smell any foul odor on your drink. You’ll only kinda smell or taste foul taste when you need to change the filter already.

Great filtration, simple to install, & replace
My city water sometimes smells like the sink is full of bleach. It also has a lot of rust sediment. My house is more than 70 years old. I expect there are iron pipes in the original plumbing, although my kitchen has been remodeled with whatever pipe material is in use now. A whole house filter isn't feasible, but I like to drink water, coffee, and tea; make pasta, soup, stews, etc. I've used various faucet filters, none of which were easy to install and remove, and lasted less than 3 months . I ended up back to the beginning with Brita pitchers. Not terribly convenient, as it takes extra time to refill them, and the filters need replacing every 2-3 months. A few years ago, I replaced my outdated kitchen faucet with one that has one handle and a pull-out spray, which 1) a faucet filter won't work; but 2 )left me an unused hole in the granite countertop. I added a bar faucet to the cold water line and this Waterdrop filter. (Actually, I hired a plumber.) The RF-15 has a recommended life of 2 years, or 16,500 gallons. I replaced it after 3 years. The water was still clear, didn't grow any mold sitting out in the dog's dish; neither of us got sick drinking it even though I used it 50% longer timewise than advised. But I am the only human living in my house. I pay the water bills. It would take me 20 years to use 16K gallons of water for everything - laundering clothes, and bed linens, showering, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, window cleaning inside and out, toilet flushing (including occasional houseguests guests and dinner guests for a week or two) some pressure washing, and outdoor plant watering. Occasional car washing. My monthly billed water cost is always the minimum,1CCF (748 gallons or less). This filter is only used on one cold water faucet in the kitchen - drinking and cooking, but not dishwashing. My way of excusing the fact that I used it for 3 years instead of the recommended 2. I'm not sick and the original filter was still giving me clean, odorless water. The price has dropped by 50% since I purchased the first one. So why did I take off a star? Because the case is made of heavy plastic. I don't know what the filter is made of, but the company advised me that none of it is recyclable. It goes into the landfill unless I can find some use for it. It's not completely sustainable, but I NEVER buy bottled water, and avoid food containers that are not glass if disposable. Plastic contributes more fossil fuel emissions than anything except diesel and gas-powered engines that are used to create, transport, fill, and transport again. After a heavy rain, I can see islands of them floating down the creek near my house. They are in the stomachs of all of us who eat animals and fish. If you use a string trimmer in your yard, the string is chopped into millions of invisible bits everywhere, ingested by deer, birds and other wildlife. I'll stop ranting now! Thank you for reading. Back to business: This undersink filter works great, is incredibly simple to install and remove, costs almost nothing per gallon for clean water, and makes much less 1000-year waste than other methods of getting clear, good-tasting and smell-less water for drinking and cooking.

Improved product is better than ever, with great warranty support ;-)
When there was a sudden inexplicable failure of filtered water flow, contacting Waterdrop via Amazon was a total breeze, to very quickly receive a total replacement product (with our Amazon order # submitted, to verify its warranty). The latest enhancement of this model has been significantly improved also, so count us as very satisfied campers!

Exceptional Customer Services
Andrew from the Customer Care Team was lovely to communicate with. He was exceptionally professional and handled my replacement request quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend the Waterdrop filter. It's easy to install, and replacing the filter cartridge is straightforward. You just run the water for five minutes or more. It's also a great value compared to other filters on the market. A single RF15-UF under-the-sink cartridge can filter up to 19,000 gallons, and the water filter pitcher cartridge lasts up to 200 gallons, which saves you money in the long run.

using instead of the MFR's filter for the fridge.
I have 2 of these inline systems in my home, one in my bathroom connected to my faucet and an inline water flosser on the faucet tap and the other is in the cabinet next to the refrigerator. I don't really "need' this on my bathroom, but it is there and it makes flushing my refrigerator filter MUCH easier. Instead of getting 30 or 40 glasses of water (3G) from the fridge to flush a new filter, I put the new filter in my bathroom and ran the faucet for 10 minutes. Then I put my newly flushed filter into the cabinet for the refrigerator water/ice. I recently purchased a new refrigerator, and the filter made the water taste disgusting. I am so grateful that they made a bypass filter, so I immediately purchased that, and I am back to having good tasting ice and water at the fridge. This is a 2-year filter, but I may let it go for even 3 years as I have a whole house sediment and charcoal filter in the garage before it even hits these filters. We don't use all that much ice or drink that much water from the fridge. These filters are certainly better priced than the MFRS, they last longer and install is easy. If you are using these for the refrigerator instead of the MFR's filters, install a shut off valve just before your waterdrop to make changeout easier so you don't have to move the appliance to shut the water off. You would want to get the one with the push to connect thin white tubing. Quick connect shut off valves for 1/4' tubing are sold here on Amazon for cheap. A little bit of water will come out no matter what during changeout, but you will only need a washcloth to wipe it up.
