So honestly I’ve never been the best at keeping brushes clean, I’d use till tatty and replace. But I’ve just purchased a really pretty set (Ozzy osbourne x jolie) and I want to keep them perfect. The last few weeks I’ve been using a brand of brush cleaner on my old faithful brush, it seemed to be cleaning it up but I’ve just used the isoclean for the first time on only this brush and this is what has come off it! I feel slightly sick about how dirty it was. My old faithful has returned to its almost new form, it’s soft and fluffy and I feel now I can actually say it’s clean. The product does has a slightly alcohol/chemical smell but I can’t really smell it on my brush. I also purchased the cloth/towel, it’s super thick. Hopefully next time I won’t use as much of the large towel to get it clean. I think it’s good value for money and size and I like that it’s refillable. Overall very happy.
