After looking closer the product in the box was not the XE model but the Xbox One to PS4 model. Sending in for an exchange hoping that they will send the right product. Will update later.Update: originally I put at one star for previous reasons, but received my replacement package. The first 2 pics from original package and other 4 from replacement. The new one was actually sealed properly. When opened, the proper item was in the box with all the extras (like the keychain and stickers).
