I have been diagnosed with CIRS and this is a good mast cell stablizer and helps alot with pain.

I started with the specific brand that was recommended to me and I do think it made a difference - enough of a difference that I don't want to be without it. But it was VERY expensive! About $60. I tried another that was about $35, still more than I'm comfortable spending, but it definitely didn't work as well. So I went back to the pricier one for one bottle. But, I just cannot afford to keep that up. As a last ditch hope I tried this one. Well, its a winner for me! I would say it is good as the really expensive one for me. Very happy I can afford to be still taking it another month. The level of constant pain that I am in is so hi that its still pretty much unbearable but I do feel it is lowered by up to 5%. You can't go by me though because it's just so high all the time... I hope that makes sense. So why 4 stars? I guess because I still can only barely afford it. Thats not the company's fault of course. I guess I wish that I could buy a larger quantity at a lower prr pill price or maybe stretch it further with a slightly lower dose for a lower price. Please do keep up the quantity of the product as you have and PLEASE don't raise the price if at all possible!? Thank you for an excellent product at what seems like a fairer price!

I ordered this for my dog. I didn't want to poison my dog with rimadyl. My dog got crystals In his urine and I thought that's not good that he pees less than usual with rymadyl. I was giving rimadyl for pain/inflammation due to age. He was hard time getting up. I was looking for alternative to rimadyl. Since give PEA, I noticed strength in his back legs. I was praying to Heavenly Father what can I do to help my dog. It came to my mind that vitamin A he needs. Praise God! Thank You Jesus! My dogs leg strength improved since giving him PEA and vitamin A. Fish oil is a must as well for age brain and better movement. Very important it contains both epa and dha good amount.

Micronized PEA and not much else. Seems to work well. I usually just use bulk PEA, but I'd left mine home on a vacation and ordered this to keep me going. I'm fairly pleased with it and can't discern any difference from my regular source of PEA. Very convenient, reasonable price, and it works. Recommended.

A study I read said that said PEA (Palmitoylethanolamide) will work in about 50% of people and in about 20% of people it will work extremely well. I am in that 20%. I started taking PEA for almost 4 months now and my joint inflammation and pain went down by more than 90%. Before PEA my knees were so stiff and sore that getting into the car or lifting my leg over the bath tub was quite painful. For the first 14 days after taking PEA I didn’t notice any change in my condition. Then the morning of the 15 day it was like a miracle. I woke up and my joint pain was practically gone. I could lift my knee up past the bottom of my rib cage. I was thrilled but cautious thinking how long will this last. Is it really the PEA working or just an extremely rare good day for my joints. After the next few weeks of no pain or stiffness I came to the conclusion that it was the PEA. After about 6 weeks of using Non micronized 400 mg PEA once every morning I wanted to buy micronized PEA to see if it worked any better, although looking back there wasn’t much room for improvement. From everything I read, micronized is too much better for absorption (and it very well could be). So I bought this brand you are looking at now “PureNootropics 400 mg micronized PEA”. I quit taking the first PEA brand and I started taking the PureNootropics brand at the same dosage. After a couple days my joint pain started to come back and by day 4 I was as bad as I was before taking any PEA. Needless to say I was bummed out. Did PEA in general just quite working on me? I quit taking the PureNootropics brand and started taking the original brand I was using of PEA. It took about 4 days but the pain and stiffness went away again and I am happy again. The main reason I wanted to write this review was because I wouldn’t want someone to try PEA for the first time, buying this brand, and giving up on PEA forever because it didn’t work. I can’t tell you that PEA will work for you or not as I believe it is a 50/50 chance of that, but I do think if you try this brand it will be a 100% chance of it not working. I am highly suspicious that it has any PEA in it. The reviews on this product are not that bad on Amazon but just Google this company and the customer complaints are not good and they have poor customer service! You probably want to know what brand I used the first time and currently. I don’t think I am allowed to say it here so I will say it comes in a white bottle with orange and blue on the label with PEA written in black. each pill is 400 mg and it is not micronized. I hope this review helps someone and you can find some relief from PEA….but it won’t be this one!

I am very happy I purchased this product! I suffer from more than one painful conditions including neuropathy and sciatica, this has been a godsend it really works for me. I will also say the seller was really great because when my bottle came both seals were broken. I wanted to return it but I didn’t because I wanted to start taking it right away, I was so disappointed I contacted the them and told them it makes me uncomfortable to take it with both seals compromised but I was just going to keep them after they told me that they switched to safety caps and it was most likely a machine malfunction. I was really surprised when they emailed me and said they were replacing the bottle I bought and sending an extra one for my troubles! Talk about excellent customer service!! I didn’t even think it existed anymore. Well I can’t say enough good things about this company and I’m going to definitely look and see if they sell any of the other supplements I use. Try the product AND the company, I hope you’re as pleased as I am.

I found these on amazon after others on Facebook said taking PEA was a game changer for them. I haven’t really noticed a difference with my pain levels yet but I also have been stressed out a lot lately which affects my CRPS. I love that these are in a capsule from vs. hard tablets that have extra ingredients to bind it together & the heat used to create the hard tablet diminishes the nutrients. The only other ingredients listed are the capsules themselves & vegetable stearate. These are in veggie caps however even though it sounds as if it comes from veggies, this only means the caps aren’t sourced from animal products as gelatin is (most veggie caps are made from wood pulp); these are HPMC which is from cellulose fiber. The capsules themselves are on the bigger side but easy to swallow. I haven’t had any issues with taking them or side affects. Due to that I am still taking them & hoping to notice a difference later on as I know nothing is instant & needs to to be taken consistently for a while before seeing results. I will update the review later if I do have success in these assisting my nerve pain levels.
