Product is absolutely amazing

I decided to purchase this product due to the mitochondria benefits. I have CFS and Lyme disease. I added this to either my orange juice or smoothie every morning. The product is naturally sweet and blends easily in liquid. Unfortunately, I did not feel any benefits from this product so stopped taking.

I have suffered with chronic fatigue for decades. There was a doctor who wrote several articles and at least one book about how he beat this disease. One supplement he recommended was D-Ribose. I'm better than I used to be but still not normal. When there is something I really want to do, or have to do, I take a heaping teaspoon of this in a glass of water and I'm off. It gives me a smooth non-jittery energy that lasts for about 6 to 8 hours. I can sleep normally that night and I don't feel horrible the next day unlike some energy supplements or drinks. I don't take it every day so I can't say how my body would react to every day use. If you suffer from low energy this is worth a try for sure.

This product has helped my husband with his afib, making it longer between episodes, but after the second jar that was so hard to open I thought I was going to get a hernia, I've had to switch to another brand. Also, if the serving size is a level scoop, there are not 100 servings in a container. Much less. EDIT: Thank you for listening, Nutricost! Have received a new jar and it's a much better design. I could open it without a jar opener! And the redesigned scoop is great, too! Both problems fixed! Five stars for the product and customer service!!

I use the little enclosed scoop in my morning coffee. It is ever so slightly sweet. I have been using this daily for years as I found it relieves the full body aches I'm prone to.

So d-ribose powder is supposed to help with fatigue and low energy, which is why I ordered this product. I saw absolutely no results after using this product faithfully for 3 weeks. The remainder of the product just went to waste because I no longer used it. Maybe you have to use it longer I'm really not sure, but I have never taken any other supplements that you did not feel the effects in a couple of days. So, I am giving this product only 3 stars which is probably too generous.

以前はカプセル型を飲んでいましたが、取り扱いがなかったのでこちらを。 線維筋痛症に対する効果は変わらず感じます。 発症してから通常の状態に戻るまでの期間が短くなる感じといえば良いでしょうか。 1日3食5g消費しても発症する時は一瞬なので、発症した時だけ飲むようにしていますがそれでも効果は十分。 味も甘味があって良い感じなので炭酸水に入れたりして飲んでいます。
