My Endo doctor recommended that I needed to take magnesium which is fine but I don’t know if everybody else noticed the pills that you get from the pharmacy they’re horse pills literally and I wanted some thing that I’ll be able to take. Is it easily not struggle going down my throat so once I walked into the doctors office and I had mentioned knees and she goes I actually approve of these number one because it has everything it’s a complex magnesium everything complete in it I started to drink it once a day, which is basically a night that’s when I need it because of the leg cramps in the water attention that I was in taking but Loosing Weight actually helped me a lot but I don’t take them once a day now I take them twice a day or when I need them basically but I never go outside the box and feel myself. The size of the table is very large. The ingredients are great. But the tablet itself gets stuck in my throat. So if you have problems with swallowing supplements, this may be a problem for you.
