There is a small amount of sugar in there and its pretty decent. A 330ml can is around 33cal. So yes you can consider it to be a 'diet drink', but I wouldn't say it is suitable for diabetics unless they are aware of its sugar content. **Q: This is misleading. It says low sugar on the product page but when I got it it was the no sugar version** A: I am very pleased that it has no sugar. That has not altered the flavour at all. It doesn't taste any different to me and I have been drinking American Cream Soda for years. with and without sugar.
