i need this to install aftermarket radio for subs and amp?

I'm not sure how it would work for subs and an amplifier since I think the amp connects to the radio then the subs connect to the amp. This cord is just for connecting an OEM antenna cable to an aftermarket radio (OEM Stereos have a bigger hole for satellite radio than Aftermarket Stereos). It's like an adapter.
