Previously asked - difference between the 9005 & 9006. Answer - one is a high beam - one is a low beam. Can someone put an application to that answer?

Re: "Answer - one is a high beam - one is a low beam" answerer is mistaken. The high vs low-beam question depends on the specific vehicle; look it up on Sylvania's site. On one of my cars (2004 Highlander) it's High and on another it's low.Differences between 9005 & 9006:9005 are 65 watt..... 9006 are 55 wattThere is a slight difference in the connector and the mount tabs, but that can be "fixed" with a file. If you try that please be sure the filament is in exactly the same spot on both bulbs; otherwise you could shine LESS light.

How many k of this bulb? does it has 6500k? Is it cool white in color? thank you!

When you look at the item online, Amazon should tell you whether or not they will fit.

The sylvania site says the h11 and 9005 will fit my ram 2500 (with quads) but amazon says not. say what??

Amazons application guide is usually incorrect. I would go with the Sylvania application suggestions. If you have the quad setup then the 9005 should be the high beam and the H11 should be for the low. That is how my 09 Ram 1500 is with the quad headlights.
