How do you install those 3 prick things into the frame and on the wall ?

Hammer into wall, bend the hanger on the back board. Hang picture. They are kind of funky, new Chinese technology. I have a a whole kit of brass hangers from Lowes. I've been using them for years.

where does the 3 prong plastic get attached to the frame?

I didn't use the plastic piece to hang my frames

Can you attach d-rings? I’m looking forward t frames for show but need to have d-rings and wire to hang

I don't think they would attach easily? not sure the frames come with a center apparatus to hang either portrait or landscape however
