I honestly thought I was wasting my money when I purchased this item last year I was having a lot of problems with cramping in my legs as I was starting to work out on a daily basis once again this came in the mail from Amazon and I started using it on day one and continue to use it throughout the summer you really get a good stretch with this simple device and I think you'll be surprised at why you waited so long to buy the strap it is been one of the best purchases I've made in recent years. I am a bigger guy in the strap holds up very well to my size.

The location where I go for rehab (physical therapy) has stretch out straps I use during the time I am there but they are too short for me to use alone - one of the aides has to put it on my foot while I lay on my stomach and then hand me the end so I can pull my foot up and bend my knee forcefully. Well, I found this item on Amazon and it was just what I needed since I am 6 foot 2 inches tall. Now, I use the strap at home on the days I am not in rehab. Thanks for a great item for us taller folks!

I use this everyday to stretch after working out - first used one while doing PT, so bought one for myself. My only beef is that the stitching between the loops starts to fray after a year or two, so I’ve probably bought 2-3 of them over the last few years
