Lower the back bar thing so the easel is laying flat. Then, pick it all up and flip it over onto the board. Works just fine. **Q: What can you do once you’re done with the puzzle and want to frame it?** A: I purchased one of those trifold science fair project. Put on top of and flip over. Instead of puzzle glue, I use those sheets on back of puzzle. Easy to apply, and wait several hours with heavy books on top. Flip over right side up, and you're ready to frame. **Q: Does it have a cover?** A: No, it does not have a cover. **Q: Does this come already assembled?** A: Yes, it comes completely assembled. However mine had a big dent in it, I think from the shipping. However before I returned it I decided to put some puzzle pieces on it to see if it would stay on very good. Nope, the pieces would just slide down! I would never buy it again. Product was not as it was advertised.
