If you are upgrading, you will need to take the time to establish all of the correct settings. If you are replacing a similar controller, make sure you copy all of the settings before you uninstall the old controller.

I ordered a 6445G back in Dec 2022 and installed it on a home build. Works great and I was pretty sure it was a G until I went to update the firmware to work with a rotary. The G firmware won’t install, only the S firmware will install. By all accounts there isn’t much difference between the G and the S but there does seem to be a slightly wider support base for the G as more users post about it. And the firmware is not interchangeable.

No Operational instructions for Menus I was dependent on YouTube for setup. there needs to be a step by step instruction set on what each screen does.. no written instructions is not acceptable.

How do I get support for this product? it didnt come with any instructions. I had is set up and ran a few cuts, but now it is in chinese and I have no idea how to change it back to english.

It fit perfectly where my KT332N was in my Omtech 60 watt. It fixed a problem of the laser randomly shifting lines. I saved the old parameters and downloaded to the new controller. No problems.

I purchased this for upgrade on 60 watt CO2 laser, at first I had a hard time getting the controller working after seeing the YouTube video's, and downloading the manual, once I got the language changing part things starting working, nice controller lots of good features, works good with RDworks, Lightburn works good too.
