**Q: is this easy to do i used to knit (not the best) so wondered if this is less stressful**
A: I found it difficult I never finished it. I prefer cross stitch.

**Q: I have followed the instructions, but cannot seem to make the stitches, the yarn pulls through and the stitches are not made.  What am I doing wrong?**
A: I have had the same issue. I believe it is the wrong kind of material, including needle. With Punch Craft Embroidery I had no problem; so easy to use too. 
I did not pursue the issue. If I would say if you have the time to do so, just return the product. 
Next time stick with PUNCH CRAFT EMBROIDERY products.

**Q: Where is the long threader to take your thread through the puncher? It is shown in the illustration but not included in the pack.**

**Q: Would this be alright for someone with arthritic hands? My elderly mum is desperate for hobby she can do.**
A: If she is able to hold a crochet hook, or knitting needle she should be able to push a punch needle into a punch needle embroidery, but it does take great care and patience getting the needle in the place you want it to go. It is not as easy as I thought it was going to be.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Turned out well but the punch needle was impossible!

The cloth was awful quality. it frayed dreadfully once in the circle holder. I tried very hard to use the punch needle but it just made a mess & also made big holes in the cloth. After several tries I gave up & switched to using the included plastic needle to stitch it all which worked much better. As it turned out, looked better than the picture. You get plenty of yarn the way I used it, can't speak for the punch needle thing. I didn't have enough fingers & thumbs to hold the cloth in its circle holder, the punched yarn in place & then do some more punching. I don't recommend this method for neatness, or easy - Its not. Its very fiddly and difficult. As a simple cloth to sew using a needle & backstitch, it was fine.
