A little goes a long way. Dries at a good pace. No odor. Very little flaking and not enough that you’ll have to clean up behind you. Washes off easily and I mean, don’t even wipe your sweat out grab a wet water bottle. Does its job great. I don’t even need to use weightlifting gloves anymore. Good stuff

It's time again to purchase a new bottle of this amazing chalk, and I realized I have been purchasing since September 2020! It is nice and compact, doesn't leak, works perfect and a little goes a long way. Since I personally don't use it as often 1 bottle lasts me for months. If you're on the fence with switching to liquid chalk DO IT! It works just as good without the mess. This will dry out over time (as any liquid chalk does) so I recommend mixing in rubbing alcohol every once in a while. It will last a LONG time that way

I'm a big fan of Liquid Grip, swear by it for serious workouts in commercial gyms. I have tried other liquid chalks in the past, with pretty dismal results. I decided to trek away from my usual liquid grip session and try something new. So I decided to give Iron American's formulation a try. Long story short: pleasantly surprised. Not nearly as messy as most other liquid chalks and lasts about as long as liquid grip. Although there is some transfer to the plates where you're taking them off and on the bar, and you do get just a little "chalk cloud" when you clap your hands together..have to take off one star for that. Overall, not quite as good as Liquid Grip. But at Iron's American's price point, it's a reasonable second choice.

I bought this for my husband to use for weightlifting because he has to use the gyms chalk and it gets messy plus it takes time out of the workout to go to the other side of the gym to get it. So I clip the little bottle to my water bottle and then it’s with me everywhere I go throughout my workout and the day. It works just like regular chalk but better because it stays on and lasts longer and there’s way less transfer of white on anything. Now the extra bonus is using this to help people with sweaty hands. My husband is also a combat veteran with PTSD and stays sweaty most of the time. He’s used a little of this before going to run errands and he noticed a huge difference in not having sweaty palms. Not saying it’s the healthiest thing to do but he’s also rubbed a little in his armpits before a stressful situation and he said it worked amazing. Would highly recommend giving this a try!

My gym did away with the standard chalk during Covid. They claim it was because of the mess it made, which I get. So I bought this stuff. It works great! I feel like it stays on your hands longer, and there’s no mess. Super grippy too. I’ve let others use it and they’ve all gone and bought some. Highly recommend.

This stuff is better than regular chalk, but only because the application is more precise and you don't need a bag of messy powder. It's basically just powdered chalk and alcohol. There's no binder in it like with others (like liquid grip) so it rubs off your hands and gets on everything you touch just like regular chalk. Other brands with binders stay on your hands and have to be scrubbed off.
