Beautiful fabric and it arrived way before it was supposed to!

Thick and Rough. Doesnt feel like Chiffon.
If youre looking at this for clothing, avoid it. Its very thick, feels super course and doesnt feel anything like chiffon. Its very likely only suppose to be for decor but they have it also listed for clothing so idk. I can see why its so cheap. Its not likely chiffon. The yellow is also VERY neon... Not a normal yellow...
