Strivecin has eye cream for that area. In my opinion it is safer, I use eye cream with retinol and it did improve my dark circles. Also face yoga Helped my dark circles big time. (you tube - lymphatic drainage for face) **Q: I live in 80 degree weather. Does it need to be refrigerated?** A: I live in the south. I don't refrigerate it. Using it for almost a year.
