Great choice

This dissolves really well and has no taste. I put a scoop in my coffee every morning and don’t notice it at all, which I love because I’m picky about texture and flavor. I originally bought creatine after reading more about its potential benefits beyond workouts, especially around overall stress response and recovery. I can’t speak to anything clinical, but I’ve felt really good taking this consistently and haven’t had any negative side effects. It’s easy to use, mixes smoothly, and fits right into my daily routine. So far, I’m really happy with it and I would recommend using this brand.

I need to upgrade my review since I finally started using it consistently. I am a 5’1” natural female. Apparently I gained 4.2lbs of lean mass in a month. The only explanation? Creatine! I also noticed I can see and feel the difference in my muscles! I think it also helped with my recovery. Tips: you need a good scale for precise measurements or take a big heaping scoop because precision doesn’t matter too much a heaping scoop is about the right amount weighed out. The best way to take it is to dry scoop it and swish some water in your mouth. It has no taste whatsoever only texture.

So far I'm liking the raw creatine. It's much easier to mix with water, tea, coffee, almost anything. There's absolutely no taste but it does not dissolve immediately. If you let it sit for about 15 minutes, it'll dissolve into your liquid. I'm still in the saturation phase and the first day was pretty rough, as I felt like I was going to come out of my skin. Third day is much better, and now I'm feeling much more normal. I have high hopes and I feel this is going to be a good supplement for my boost of creatine. I would would recommend. Word of advice, do be careful opening it. It has the texture of extremely fine. Powdered sugar. One heavy exhale anywhere near the open container will have a cloud of creatine floating in the air. Also the little scoop says it's 5 g, but I weighed it and it's 3 g flat to the top. I have to heap it to get 5 g out of a scoop.

My wife and I have been taking Creatine for the past couple of years and we have been very happy with this brand. It is undetectable in water and pairs nicely with other hydration products. They always arrive quickly without issue. Considering how often we consume this supplement I can absolutely recommend this brand to anyone looking or on the fence about the options out there. This is the one you want and IMO it's very effective and the best bang for your buck.

this is the best gluten free creatine I have found on the market. Tango is the best but this is just as good but this one is flavorless and dissolves really well. You have to heap the scooper to get 5g
