The record feature is really good especially with the USB cable to download to a pc. The negative is that when you print the graphs you cannot change the axis titles and it would be so much more user friendly if it used the date and time on the y axis so that you could easily see when the noise was recorded and could identify spikes in the noise levels by time. Whilst you can see this information on the screen I had to actually hand write times onto my graphs so that I could correlate this to activities. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Ok but could be better *by S***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 November 2018* The product arrived quickly and well packaged and it feels very sturdy and able to withstand a bit of use.The meter powers up and works fine,However the software doesn’t work.The software instructions were for a newer version than what was supplied on the cd.After some googling I found the new software and the software started up fine etc but no matter what I do,I can get the meter to be found.Every time I plug the meter into the computer , the computer recognises it and says it’s vonnected fine but the software can’t discover it.I brought this meter and not a cheaper one as I wanted the software monitoring so I’m a little disappointed but the meter itself works fine. ### ⭐ Cheap rubbish *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 June 2020* First issue is, it comes with a cd which must be installed to connect the noise meter to your computer. who has a computer with a disk drive these days? I requested a link from the supplier to download this software, no response. Second issue - due to the cheap construction materials used to manufacture the product, the battery terminals corroded within weeks, rendering the item unusable as power from the batteries could not be conducted to power the device.
