Delicious but quality issues
I’ve bought this over ten times. It’s seriously so delicious. I got a bad bag about a year ago and they replaced it and told me they were fixing their quality issue. The last three bags I’ve bought have also had leaky bags. I think I’m done. They just can’t figure it out. When you account for 1-2 broken bags in every order, it gets very expensive! Update- the company reached out and refunded my order, even though it was outside of the return window. I will continue to buy but will open the bags before the return date to be sure they are all sealed

Better Than Starbucks Pitcher Packs
I had been using the ground Sweet and Smooth in the 1 lb. bag (excellent), but I wanted the convenience of pitcher packs, so I ordered both the Bizzys and Starbucks - wanted to do a true, exact side by side taste test. Bizzy won for me (taste is subjective, but the final taste in your mouth from Starbucks is "burnt-ish", and the final taste for Bizzys is sweet-ish.) This side by side had no other variables except the coffee - exactly the same brew instructions. Folks, if you're sick of looking for that golden ratio and just want great cold brew with zero fuss, try pitcher packs - they rock. Don't feel the need to submerge the bags because the water will make its way to the grounds, and you're better off not handling the packs in any rough manner while wet...they are delicate after brewing for 24 hours, so instead of hoping they don't break upon removal (like trying to pull them through the narrow opening of a mason jar), just pour your finished coffee into another vessel, grab the used packs (compostable), then pour your crystal clear coffee back into the jar/pitcher. Btw, that is something I noticed - with the packs, my coffee was very clear and crisp looking, unlike when I use a steel mesh tube filter - another reason to try these. Man, I have been obsessed to find a great glass of cold brew, and Bizzy pitcher packs relieved the stress. Good luck if you're still searching. Peace out.

Great cold brew option - grounds in cup though
I really like this product. It's very easy to prepare and is NOT acidic like other cold brews/concentrates. I followed the instructions and let the coffee brew on the counter overnight, then put it in the fridge and it stays there for a long time. Once I left my pitcher in for 2 weeks and the coffee was still great. Once I pour the water I make sure that the coffee bags are fully under the water and I brew the coffee for at least 12hr. The flavor is smooth and delicious but still has that strong coffee kick. The bags do a pretty good job of keeping the grounds together however you will still have some in your cup and I personally get heartburn from drinking the grounds with my coffee so I stopped drinking it. I tried it with hot water as well (they say you can on the bag) and the bags ripped open... big mess to clean up so maybe don't do it. Unless you put their bags into your own cheesecloth bag. I think it tastes good but could be improved. the price is fair in my opinion. Considering you only need a pitcher and water, the total cost of producing your coffe is uite low, compared to nespresso, drip or worse... starbies.

Great taste, easy to make
I purchased this with the objective of finding a more economical and better tasting alternative to Starbucks' ice coffee. This product met both of those objectives! The price point is better and the "Smooth and Sweet" blend isn't nearly as bitter as that of Starbucks. It's important to note that this coffee is NOT sweet/flavored, if that's for what you are looking. The iced coffee is very easy to make. Just drop the packet(s) into the pitcher, add water and let it sit for 20-24 hours. A couple of notes on this. I only use one packet, not two as directed. If I let it sit for 24 hours, the iced coffee is brewed strong enough and tastes great. And, by using one packet per batch, I get twice as many batches of brewed coffee from my purchase. I also brew it in the refrigerator, not on the counter at room temperature, as they instruct. This doesn't seem to negatively affect the flavor. Overall, very happy with this purchase and I would recommend this product to others.

bag quality issues
I've been subscribed to this coffee for probably over a year now and it tastes great. However the past two packages I have purchased have serious quality control issues with the filter bags. I literally just touched one this morning and my thumb punched a hole in it. This is the second or third bag that either already had a hole in it or ripped as I was lightly handling it. It feels like they changed filter bag materials recently and it's not a good quality change. For how much this costs I should not have to use my own filter or have to discard a full bag due to quality control issues. I hope they change back to what they were using before or I will have to change brands.

Okay Coffee, Lacking in Quality Control, Lousy Customer Service
I have purchased 3 large cold brew bags of 12 each, makes 42 cups. There seemed to be a lot of good reasons to buy this product, they state organic, sustainable, course ground, easy to use. The coffee is okay, not stellar just okay. Easy to use when everything works as it should. The coffee is not a course grind, it also is not fine grind, somewhere in the middle. What is not easy is the mess that is created when opening the container upon delivery to find a bag or bags inside are broken, coffee grounds though out the bag, that is a mess. The bags are thin, perhaps thinner than they need to be. I have also had the bags break in the brewing process, that not only is a mess, it effects the taste of the brew. I contacted the company directly on their website twice and absolutely zero response. I was not asking for a refund. Had I wanted a refund I would have gone through Amazon. Because of the quality control issues and lack of response from this company I am not purchasing this product again

The actual coffee is fantastic!
Edited to add: the company reached out to me about my review (below) and that plus the high quality of the product will keep me a loyal customer! Those two bags get 2/5 stars, but overall I’m still at 5/5 would recommend for bizzy :) Love this brand of coffee. Long-time customer and was delighted to find these cold brew bags for a reasonable price! I’ve purchased these a couple of times before and never had problems, but this time I opened one of the pouches of brew bags and found multiple brew bags had holes in them at the edge, like they hadn’t been sealed completely. It was evident for some brew bags immediately when I opened the pouch, but for others it became evident when they were soaked. It was a mess, and there were only two usable brew bags. I was hoping to get a refund or replacement but it appears that is not an option. I’m pretty disappointed. Including photos that show a few of the defective brew bags, all the grounds loose in the pouch of brew bags, and the lot number of the pouch.

Great flavor but the new mesh bags are awful
Edit: customer service reached out to me and made this right. I'll end up using my own brew bags and pre-ground Bizzy, it's been a great convenience to have them already bagged, but I'll go back to what I was doing before. Been using Bizzy for a few years now. They switched their brew/mesh bags not long ago and it seems that every 3rd or 4th batch I make results in one of the bags bursting open inside my mason jar. Love the flavor but will probably go back just using my own mesh bags again. Have had this happen with both the smooth and the dark roast newer bags now. Used their directions for brewing and not beating up or aggressive with the mesh bags before hand. Luckily I have another big mason jar and use a fine mesh filter to transfer from one to the other.
