**Q: What country is this from, and why are the ingredients not listed?**
A: Item I received says it’s from Indonesia. Expiration date dated for March 11, 2023. Tiny fine print says Glucose syrup, Water, Propylene glycol 
Sorbitol syrup, artificial sweet potato flavor, coloring (FD&C Rec #3 & FD&C Blue #1) ethyl vanillin. Serving size (100 ml)

**Q: When is the expiry date?**
A: I ordered mine June 18, received it on the 23rd. The expiration date on the product is Feb 21, 2023.

**Q: What’s the difference between extract paste and ube extract?**
A: It's pretty much the same

**Q: What is the taste? Is it really ube yam?**
A: Not too flavorful

A simple (vegan) ice cream recipe that I use this for: 1 can of coconut cream (13.6 fl oz/400ml) As much sugar as you like (I use 1/2 cup) About 5 drops of mango flavor Combine ingredients in a pot/saucepan on the stove on low heat. Just until the sugar has completely dissolved. Pour into a freezer safe container and place in freezer for about 4 hours. It's great with sesame seeds and fresh/canned mango. Similar flavor to mango sticky rice. You can substitute the sugar with other sweeteners but you'll have to experiment with the ratios to get your desired level of sweetness. Be ready for your kitchen to smell delicious.
