This product works well for making crafts. The thread was thick enough but neither too thick or too thin. It would say it is very durable for making mouse whiskers on Christmas ornaments.

I have enjoyed leather work for the better part of a year now and this brand of thread is my favorite. It's strong, doesn't fray and goes through holes in leather smoothly. I have purchased 4 spools now with no sign of stopping.

I used it to bind a watercolor sketchbook. The thread is sturdy and doesn't twist or kink. Very easy to work with. I didn't use the needle that came with it - it was too thick for my project but I am sure it will come handy at some point.

It does measure 1mm in width and lays flat. But at first glance, it looks like it's lightly waxed. Then upon opening the package, I can see and feel that it is not waxed. Not a huge deal, I can wax it, but it shouldn't be advertised as "waxed". It does however come with a needle, one needle. It's too big for any of the projects I do, but I'm sure we'll find a place for it. Other than that, it's a nice cord, very bright.

This worked extremely well for stitching groups of pages together for handmade bookbinding.
