Nioxin Density Defend Styling Root Lifting Spray has been a game-changer for my fine hair. It adds instant volume and lift at the roots, giving my hair a fuller and more voluminous appearance. I love how it provides a long-lasting hold without feeling stiff or sticky. The spray is easy to apply and doesn't weigh down my hair, allowing me to achieve the desired style and maintain it throughout the day.

I did and am I thrilled with the results. My long hair looks fuller, it is softer. And it holds a wave longer. As for the directions to spray the roots and style (as with a styling brush), I cannot do that on myself. So, I spray the roots, take my ionic hair dryer and put it on "cool" Hair dryer in one hand, using the other hand's fingers to lift the hair, I set about drying it, working the airflow down to the tips. I employ five big hot rollers to give my hair added wave and smoothness. You can also use an ionic hair brush/straightener. I wind my hair up into a bun at night; in the morning I take the bun down and VIOLA! Lovely locks!

I have thinning, limp hair and this product gave me some confidence. I was actually very shocked to see how well it worked. I sprayed a good amount on the top and base of my head. It gives great volume and a feeling/appearance of thickness. My only complaint is my hair kinda feels dry until I can get it fully washed out. However on the flip side of that, if I use it at night it works as dry shampoo for the next morning. I will continue to buy this product.

This root lifter works better than anything else I have ever used. I have longer hair & this product helps hair style last several days.

This product does exactly what it says! I have fine hair that is thinning! This product makes me look like I have a voluminous set of locks! Great product!

Folks😊 after using this product now for a few weeks I have to say that it's OKAY but it's NOT as good as some of the reviews that I've been reading imo.. I was let down some... it helps a little bit to thicken and give a little volume... but that's it... and In my OPINION it's over exaggerated some on how much this helps thicken your hair.. NOW, 😐everybody's hair is DIFFERENT... But my hair has been thinning from Medicine and age when I once had VERY VERY thick hair... I was part of the '80s rock and roll scene I play drums and yes I had the HAIR... also I really took care of my hair and was given compliments on it... so I would say I know a little bit about hair ( well at least mine😉 ) and what I'm seeing from this product is Fair/ okay... Though I think you can get this amount of thickening from a Drug store brand... Anyway this is how it effected my hair... Maybe you'll get a better response from the product??... Would I buy again? Not at this price..Thanks for reading..

I do not have thinning hair (yet), but I have very long, very fine, silky hair. Because of its texture, my hair can look thinner than it is and lack volume, and we all seem to want maximum volume today. I don't like to use a lot of products on my hair. My hairdresser uses a special shampoo and conditioner, and today I took her this thickening spray. She used it after the conditioner and before the blow dry and style, and I must say, I was really surprised at how full and thick my hair feels. Usually after shampooing and conditioning, my hair can feel a little limp, but still very silky, due to its fine texture, but today, after using the Nioxin Thickening Spray, it feels full and thick, and it seems to have lots of volume. It isn't sticky at all, and, it can be used on color treated hair (which mine is). So, this isn't just for those who are, sadly, losing hair or have thinning hair. It also works wonders on hair that's thick enough but is very fine. My hair seems a lot easier to style after using this spray as well as just feeling better. Highly recommended for those with thinning hair or those who, like me, have fine hair that needs a little boost to show itself off in the best light.

I am a generous reviewer after all but I'm an honest reviewer and this product gave me the lift and volume and thickness that I've been looking for for my whole entire life. Literally. I have Hashimoto stage 2 and also being post-menopausal with several other medical conditions. My hair, which used to be my best quality has become very thin and brittle and this product along with the other niaxin products, has been a game changer!!!

For a person with very thin hair like I have and loosing a lot every day, this product is a godsend for me. It really delivers the promise of thickening your hair, thus giving it much more volume, without drying and dulling it in the process. After spending so much time and money, in order to achieve this goal, I can finally say that I have found the miracle product. At last, I don't have to spend hours on setting my hair, using all kinds of expensive and useless creams, foams and sprays. Kudos to whoever created this product. You can't go wrong with this fabulous spray, also reasonably priced.

The product is advertised to be unscented. It is scented, and for a person with scent allergies, this could be a problem. I tried it once and I do like the way it works and it leaves my hair shiny. After a couple of hours the scent seemed to dissipate so I may keep using this. Also, my cat was obsessed with smelling and rubbing herself on my hair because of the scent of this supposedly unscented product.

Love this spray! It's a voluminizing/thickening spray NOT a hairspray. It definitely helps my hair look thicker and the scent is not too overwhelming. I use it to add some volume to my curtain bangs and the front of my hair, (on wet hair) then blow dry. I also use hairspray AFTERWARDS to hold it's shape lol.

Lifts roots and adds volume. Kind of drying. I got it to try it out. It’s not for me but might be for you if you just need root lift
