Delicious and generous
I had actually expected the size to be a bit smaller so to my delight it was quite large. The flavors were very nice my students and I really enjoyed the pineapple and mango flavors. I really enjoyed the variety in flavors as well! Do be fore-warned it is messy, but that is the case with pretty much any Turkish delight, so if you are going to complain about that then find another freaking snack to purchase. Frankly I like the powdery mess it makes as it makes it nye impossible to eat it elegantly thus we (myself and students) give up on that venture and embrace the mess it makes. The only drawback I see is that it is a little difficult to tell which flavor is which. when looking at them. But that comes with the silver lining of it being a bit of a surprise each time. Here is my addressing some of the negative comments I have seen about this, that had made me worry about this brand... Is it the most traditional? No. Look, if you want rose and pistachio then find another brand. I actually liked these less than tradiational flavors, it made it more friendly for my students to try it. Is it the best in the world in terms of texture or flavor...probably not? But I have never had Turkish delight fresh out of Turkey. And if that is what you are going for...then go to Turkey and buy your damn candy there. Don't place unrealistic expectations on candy off of amazon. But if you generally like other Turkish delight you have bought in the states (of US) then this stuff will be on par if not better than many of the brands commonly available here in the states. If it's a melted mess- then Probably don't order it in the summer, or if you order it in summer realize that it may arrive as a melted mess and that is NOT the responsibility of the seller since they cant control exactly how your package is treated en route. Admittedly, I would probably not order this summer since I live in a really arid hot climate, I woudl expect that it woudl melt en route to me (especially if left in my mail box) Admittedly they are on the chewy side, but I for one really liked that! Overall, It had great flavor, great flavor variety, and a lovely texture, and I will likely be purchasing this again in the future (*though my orders may be only in the fall through early spring) and also I give it my highest recommendation.

Soft and yummy :)
First, the packaging is very nice. It comes in a sturdy box and the tin itself is wrapped in plastic. Upon opening, the candies are hidden below a paper-like cover with the companyโs logo printed. A very fancy and giftable presentation! Below the cover, I personally didnโt find the powdered sugar to be excessive. Anyone thatโs had Turkish delight before knows that this is normal. The candies themselves were soft and separated by color. Although the tin doesnโt say what the different flavors are, it says the flavors here in the Amazon listing (in one of the photos if you scroll down). Surprisingly, the rose is my favorite! Iโve never had that flavor before and loved it. There are 7 rows of candies and six flavors. The seventh row is a combination of flavors. Additionally, the tin perfectly fits inside a gallon ziplock bag if youโre afraid of the sugar attracting pests. Overall, I love the packaging and the candies have a great texture and are fresh. I do think I like the nut ones better but will have no trouble finishing these. They are a perfect low calorie treat that also happen to be vegan :)

Try something new and loved it!
These are delicious and great quality. We had never tried Turkish Delight, but 2 of us adored these. 3 thought it was okay. I was someone who loved it. Chewy, sweet, and delicious flavors. Rose was amazing! I would love to buy these again for us. You could tell that they were made with care and pride.

A holiday hit!
I bought one to share with my parents at Christmas. They hadn't had Turkish Delight before. I'd bought some from another brand and went for this since it came with a lot and in a nice tin that can be reused. I guess, seeing other reviews, I was lucky as mine came in perfect condition. The tin was double wrapped, with a covering around the whole thing with another layer around the bottom part of the tin containing the candy. I thought there was, perhaps, too much powdered sugar on the top. It's basically there to prevent the pieces from sticking together. But the thing is, it can coat your tongue and prevent you from enjoying the flavor. My suggestion is to suck the powdered sugar off the piece you take, then bite it. Most of the flavors aren't very strong, and it was hard distinguishing which was which, except mint. That said, they weren't bad, so while I enjoy stronger flavors, this was an okay way to introduce my family to Turkish Delight. My mom wanted to keep the tin and split the remaining candy with me when I left. It had also spurred a rewatch of a certain fantasy movie in which the candy plays a role. So, while I had a great experience with this product, you might want to consider the other stories of overheated units that had the candy melt together. If you're buying for an event, buy early (I bought it two weeks ahead of Christmas), but maybe check a few days before the event and see if Amazon can arrange a replacement, or otherwise change your plans if it's not going to work out. I'm not super crazy about the price, but for a special occasion, it was all right, plus, it's candy imported from Turkey, so you should expect to pay a premium.

Dry and tough. Do not buy. Haci Bekir is less terrible
Such a terrible dry lokum product. I read the negative reviews, but I took a chance anyway. Shame on me. This stuff is chewy, tough and bland as rubber. Plus, it must be sold by weight, but they donโt say that. Else someone has eaten a quantity of them out of the box before it was sealed. So many empty slots. Why? What an embarrassment to bring these to a holiday party with stories of my fond childhood memories of them, only to have this awful product come out of the box. I had to apologize profusely. Even the children thought they were bad. I wanted to cry. These are an anti-social crime against the customer. Do they hate us? What are they thinking? This โstuffโ is not acceptable. Stop making them, you donโt know what youโre doing. Shame on you.

Shrinkflation has ruined what used to be best weโve found
Edited Review following most recent purchase: What a disappointment! Shrinkflation strikes. The new tin is massive but it contains 20% less 725g/1.6lbs now not 904g/2lbs see photos). So frustrating. The bean counters think customers are stupid. The now necessary plastic inlay is also not strong enough to survive travel (see photo). The Turkish delight is still good quality, but this bait and switch has soured the whole taste. Downgraded from 5* to 3* but in truth I canโt see that I will buy this brand again. Saved a dime but lost a regular customer. Original 907g Tin Review: Tin is rammed full. Flavours are rich and tasty. Aroma of rose and citrus is good. Texture is perhaps a little on the firm side but itโs not dry or crispy. Itโs uniformly soft and chewy. This is our โgo toโ brand for authentic Turkish delight.

Tastes great
Great taste, nice and fresh flavours. Pretty tin. Beware the tin is not full on arrival, assuming because it's sold by weight and is rather over packaged considering it comes in a tin
