Carhartt Unisex East West

I love this bag. It's my work tote that holds everything from my lunch to my laptop. Love that the bag stands up on its own. It's roomy, has tons of pockets, has a great look, and looks brand new even after a few months of daily use. The Carhartt name and noted durability brought me to this bag and I'm very happy with my purchase so far.

I wasn't entirely sure I was going to like this bag when I purchased it. But it arrived today, and wow. I'm really impressed, and more so than I expected to be. It is huge, for starters, and I love the interior pockets. One will fit my iPad or my laptop perfectly, and has a Velcro closure. There is a ton of room inside, and is perfect for travel, which is why I purchased it in the first place. I needed something to hold on the basics that wouldn't fit in my carry on suitcase that I wanted with me when I travel. I am a writer, so work goes with me wherever I go. That means my laptop, iPad, Kindle, a regular book, notebooks for notes, and more. This bag is perfect. This bag is so great, The two exterior pockets are also great for water bottles, and my Hydro Flask fits perfectly in it. I'll be purchasing it for several family members that are teachers as well, so they have something that is a good size and durable to use when going to work. I would definitely recommend this bag.

I use it whenever I need to do some quick shopping in my neighborhood. I find it to be roomy, sturdy, and a great value. It holds up fine in the rain as well.

My most favorite bag ever. I carry so much stuff as I work in the medical field, it carry’s it all the outside side pockets hold a full size yeti tumbler in it. I have a stethoscope case, a classic size happy planner. A on the go travel bag of toiletries, my small crossbody bag. I carry it everywhere. There’s a back Velcro pocket inside, I’ve had my iPad in it. Has help up extremely well and it’s my only daily bag. I would absolutely purchase again. It’s a big one!

I recently purchased this bag for my hybrid work position and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Let's be realistic, I've never bought a bag like this for myself so this review is as an observer. My wife wanted it, and she loves it. It has a lot of room for all of her stuff. It is durable and is easy to clean. She uses it as a purse and document bag to and from work, so it gets a lot of use. It is her favorite bag. It has the same Carhartt aesthetic of a lot of their other items. Overall, I would definitely buy it again as my wife has been very happy with it.

I've been searching for a large durable work tote that can carry my 2 large laptops (one work one personal), a couple notebooks, one small textbook, and all my extra pouches for charging cords/sunscreen/bandaids/etc. with room to spare. I've tried several bags from high-end brands to target, because I wanted something that looks semi-nice but is still durable. The reviews were pretty good so I decided to try this one, especially because I liked that it has a zipper across the top. When I unpackaged it I was initially disappointed because it looks like it's the same size as the target one I had been using that was bursting at the seams and only fit 1 laptop not 2, but when I started putting everything in it I realized it is much larger. Theres about an inch of extra space on the ends of my laptops which is great, and it expands out to be quite wide since it has a more square bottom. Even with everything shoved in there it still zips up the top with no issue, and the pictures don't show it but the handles are actually longer than your average tote bag which makes carrying it over your shoulder much easier. It's almost perfect - the only thing I would like is a couple zip pockets on the inside for things like my keys/chapstick. Theres onlya few small drop-in pockets that don't zip up. But other than that it's a great bag, and it looks decently stylish as well!

I have always been ‘different’ when it comes to style. I saw a lady with the vertical bag and instantaneously fell in love and I was even more WOWED by the horizontal bag. It’s roomy, has compartments and it has a zipper!!! The color is a rich caramel and the seams are strong. I love that I have a “designer style/size bag” for a reasonable price. And did I mention light-weight!?! Unlike those oversized leather bags; which add 10lbs to your shoulder- this over-sized fabric bag is a breeze to carry!! I take it every where. It holds my water bottle securely. Lastly, although I haven’t washed it yet, I’m sure it will wash well. Thank you Carhartt for getting into the designer bag business!!

Love love love this bag. It’s durable and can fit so much. I put my MacBook Air, binders, textbooks and more in it. I still use it now that I’m not in school.

Durable and spacious, this tote is perfect for daily errands. The classic design goes with everything, but the lack of internal compartments makes organising a bit tricky. Great quality overall.
